If you call in because you
can't get online:
We first check your
connection from your antenna to the tower to be sure all of our equipment is
working properly. If we find a problem with our equipment, we schedule a
service call to your home or business, which is free of charge.
If we do not see a
problem with our equipment, or your connection from your antenna to the tower,
we will do some simple troubleshooting with you over the phone. If we cannot
find the problem after 15 minutes, we can continue to troubleshoot with you, at
a fee of $100 per hour. You also have the option at that point to schedule a
service call with us, to your home or business. Once we arrive, we can usually
determine fairly quickly where the problem resides. If the problem is with any
of our equipment, that service call is covered 100%. If the problem is with
your home network, your computer, your network card, any software on your
computer, viruses, spyware/adware, that service call
is billable at $100 per hour, plus parts and trip charge based on location.
